Dr. Taylor Kurtz is a licensed psychologist specializing in supporting adolescents and young adults. She earned her Doctorate in School-Community Psychology from Hofstra University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English from The George Washington University. Dr. Kurtz is also a certified school psychologist.
Her professional journey began with opportunities in elementary school settings followed by the high school setting, where she quickly discovered her passion for working with teenagers and young adults. She then completed pre-doctoral internships at Greenwich High School and White Plains Hospital in an outpatient community clinic, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the Sasco River Center for Development in Darien, CT.
Dr. Kurtz has extensive experience working with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, learning difficulties, and navigating significant life transitions. She is committed to providing the highest quality care, regularly attending clinical training and collaborating with fellow experts to stay informed about the latest research and treatment strategies. Currently, she is treating clients based in Connecticut through a telehealth platform.
